FiduciaryWorks was founded and product development begins on FiduciaryRx
2022
FiduciaryRx is officially launched, primarily as a fiduciary scoring and gamification product
2024
After significant feature enhancements, FiduciaryRx is rebuilt from the ground up and re-branded as Perseptiv
2025
Perseptiv undergoes major feature upgrades and major development to incorporate significant AI capabilities
Perseptiv was created by Josh Itzoe, Founder and CEO of FiduciaryWor(k)s and a well-known expert in the retirement industry and successful retirement plan advisor.​

Previously, he was a Co-Founder, Partner & Chief Strategy Officer of Greenspring Advisors, one of the country's most well-known retirement plan advisory firms and the 2018 PLANSPONSOR Retirement Plan Adviser of the Year (Small Team).

He founded and led the corporate retirement practice at Greenspring, growing it to nearly $4.5 billion in assets and representing nearly 50,000 participants before leaving to launch FiduciaryWor(k)s in 2021.

He is the host of the popular Fiduciary U™ Podcast and an Amazon Best Selling author of two books - The Fiduciary Formula: 6 Essential Elements to Create the Perfect Corporate Retirement Plan and Fixing the 401(k): What Fiduciaries Must Know (And Do) To Help Employees Retire Successfully.

Josh is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Accredited Investment Fiduciary®.

A graduate of Wake Forest, Josh was a 4-year starter on the baseball team and also played professionally in the minor leagues.
